booking policy
A valid credit card is required to book and hold all new appointments. It will not be charged until after the appointment. A 50% deposit will be taken for parties of 2 or more or any Keratin treatment.
cancellation policy
Your appointment may be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. If your appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours, a 50% service fee of the total cost of your service will be charged. If you call to reschedule your appointment to another date/time rather than cancel, then there is no fee.
late policy
We allow a 10 minute grace period for appointments. If you show up more than 10 minutes late, with a client booked after you, we can offer you a dry style (no wash), or we can reschedule your service for another time. Please keep in mind that running late could translate to problems for us with our bookings, especially on weekends, and isn’t fair to our stylists, service providers or clients after you, so please arrive on time. If you wait 15 minutes or more for your appointment, you will receive 10% off your service. We value your time, too!
no show policy
No shows are charged 100% of the service. If you late cancel or no show more than two appointments, you will be required to pay 50% deposit on all future appointments booked, as well as 100% of the service of the appointments no showed on. We know your time is valuable, but we hope you will consider our stylists, service providers and client’s time equally as valuable.
gratuity
Gratuity is appreciated and cash preferred
group bookings
we require a credit card to hold group appointments of 2 or more and 50% deposit will be taken. For groups of 4 or more (parties, bridal, special event, etc.), please provide us notice of cancellation 14 days prior to appointment. If group reservations are made and cancelled less than 14 days prior to appointment, 50% of reservation value will be charged to the credit card that was provided to FLOW initially to hold the reservation. If anyone from the group is more than 15 minutes late or a no-show on day of appointment, 100% of the service amount will be charged to the credit card provided to FLOW for each late or no show guest.
happiness policy
FLOW has a HAPPINESS policy! We want you to be 100% happy with your service when you are here. If for any reason, you are not, we will fix the issue for you to make sure it is resolved before you walk out the door. Once you leave FLOW, we can not issue any credits or refunds on hair styling, make-up or threading.
Product returns/exchanges: We accept returns only on unused products for a full refund, with a receipt and within 30 days of purchase. If the product has been used or even opened, it’s yours. We will not exchange open products either.
children + pets policy
We strive to provide each of you with a relaxing environment and exceptional services. The salon is non-smoking and an environment which is not childproofed. Please do not bring children to your appointment. However, if you must bring your child with you, they must be of a responsible age and able to sit in the waiting on their own, unattended. Children WILL NOT be allowed in the service area or to sit in laps or be held during services. This is for your safety, as well as the safety of our artists and other customers. If your child is unruly and becomes disruptive to another client’s experience you will be asked to remove them from the salon.
Pets are never allowed in the salon.
gift certificate/card policy
Gratuity not included. Gift certificates/cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Can not be used to purchase other gift certificates/cards. Certificates/cards are subject to verification at time of presentation. Will not be accepted if damaged, defaced, or copied. We can not replace lost, stolen or damaged gift certificates/cards. FLOW Blow Dry & Beauty Bar has the right to refuse services or reverse any membership purchase for any reason and return funds to the purchaser.
